They have are a fantastic source of protein, fat (including good fats like conjugated linoleic acid), it has high concentrations of minerals like zinc, iron, phosphorus and selenium and is a significant source of the B vitamins, including vitamin B12, vitamin B6, riboflavin and niacin.
